MOT Service Centre

My husband and I have been using the garage for a number of years now. The team are always welcoming, helpful, friendly and prices are fair and reasonable. Thanks for doing my MOT, service and sorting out my tyres this week Nik! Great work and thanks for your help! Would highly recommend.

How this garage is RAC approved and has 5 stars i will never know. I'd get more polite service going to Karen's restaurant. From start to finish I have had such an unprofessional and terrible experience with the garage. The only exception was the lady on reception was lovely so thank you to her. However my car was making a funny noise and a service light came on and 5 mins later a lot of smoke was coming out of my car, ironically on the day I was taking it into a garage near my work. I called RAC who were brilliant for me and got me into this garage. This lovely garage accepted my job which at first I appreciated until they did do my job 2 and half days later meaning I had to lose out on almost 3 days work ( thanks for that). It took me to call them about what was happening. They didn't call me until I asked for a call back on day 2. However my car was fixed on day 3 and I drive towards work and notice the wrench light was still on and phoned them up and asked why is it still on there, does it come off on its own. They told me to come back to have a look. I spoke to a mechanic who was so rude and asked me if I had serviced my car to which I replied I have a full service and mot every year and had one on 2 months ago and he called me a liar and said I never had a service done and the service light was on for a lot longer and has nothing to do with the incident. I only saw that light 5 minutes before I broke down. I told him that and he then again called me a liar and saying that the light was on before and I was trying to pull a fast one. I was actually gobsmacked. He did reset my dashboard. The day after I get a call from the garage saying can you come back in, we undercharged you and you owe us more money. No thanks not the way your staff spoke to me. RAC you need to reinvestigate

I had a very disappointing experience at this MOT centre. The staff were rude, aggressive, and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner, which made me feel very uncomfortable. After leaving the garage, warning lights appeared on my car that were not there before my visit. Overall, I was not happy with the service or the way I was treated, and I would not recommend this MOT centre based on my experience.

Can't fault these guys what's so ever! Booked my car in for mot, needed to change date no worries, brought the car in they explained some vans came in late so would be a delay and apologised for the delay. When I came to collect the car, very friendly and also put a plastic cover on my seat as not to damage it. Will be using this garage every time. Honest good value!
