We have just completed the purchase of our first home and Ollie was an absolute god send with arranging our mortgage. We had a-bit of a turbulent journey with our first place we went for falling through, but Ollie was always at the other end of the phone to give advice & put our minds at ease. He explained everything from start to finish & the WhatsApp group chat he sets up is amazing, it made the process so easy & communicative! Ollie has been an absolute god send through and through. To when we first got in contact with him in December we was no where near ready to buying a house, we knew nothing and also didn’t think we’d be able to get the property we loved and wanted but we got it!! All thanks to Ollie’s amazing advice and hard work.
No was never an answer for him, he was available whenever we needed him even if it was a quick phone call late in the evening to reassure us/talk us through the next steps. Sorry Ollie for the 1000 questions I have bombarded you with for 2 months straight🤣

Making the impossible, possible.
A huge deserving thank you to Mr Ollie Cleverly for securing our mortgage offer, a truly wondrous feat given he was presented with a very undesirable case.
From the beginning, his relentless pursuit and personal drive presented us with a competitive Decision in Principle, something we did not expect with our transitional circumstances. We proceeded with a full application, but this was later rejected.
However, Ollie does not accept being told ‘no’.
In his element, he remained hopeful that we could get that decision turned - and what a result! Direct communication with the underwriter to identify and rectify the anomaly, Ollie turned a ‘no’ into a ‘yes’.
To put into perspective, I had contacted a plethora of mortgage advisors, many of whom outright rejected my case, some who ghosted me, but all at some point presenting me with a resounding ‘no’.
I cannot recommend Ollie enough. He is the ONLY mortgage advisor that has now given us security and peace of mind - for that, you have my sincerest gratitude.
