Suleman was great! Very kind & friendly. I was locked out of my apartment & was worried about the wait time because it was Saturday & I had to get to work soon. He showed up within 20 minutes & was finished in under 5! Great service, friendly, & quick!

I was dealing with an extremely ugly situation in which an aggressive ex-tenant was supposed to move out by 1:30 PM. We were to reconvene in court at 2:30 PM for her to return my keys. I asked Isaac to send someone to the site at 2:45 PM so I could have the locks changed immediately. I texted Isaac, who immediately responded and connected me with an available technician. The tenant did not move out by agreed upon time, but Oscar was punctual. I was sitting in court, stressed to the maximum because I absolutely wanted the locks changed, but this horrid individual’s movers did not finish moving for another 1.5 hours past the agreed upon time. Oscar is an absolute ANGEL. I can’t believe he stayed on site and waited for an hour for the judge to make the official court order for the locks to be changed. I was about to have a conniption because I was afraid he would leave and I would not be able to get the locks changed. Oscar was a godsend and as soon as he received word that the court order was official, he started the process. By the time I arrived on site almost 20 minutes later, he was cleaning up and it was as simple as him handing the keys over to me. Oscar showed so much grace, even though the situation forced him to wait an extra hour. As someone who HATES waiting, I can only imagine how irritated Oscar had every right to be. Instead, he greeted me with a huge smile and assured me everything was fine. THANK YOU, ISAAC AND OSCAR! Because of you, I was able to sleep soundly for the first time in two months last night.

Isaac did a great job! He was courteous, arrived on time and charged me a fair price. He did not try to sell me anything I did't need, and did more than I expected. Would definitely use again when I replace doors, highly recommended!
