Fantastic experience from start to finish. The locksmith was prompt, efficient, and did an excellent job with my car keys. Great attention to detail and very professional throughout. Highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs. The "locksmith" turned up, suddenly informed me there was 100 just for the callout, trapping me immediately. Then lied that the only option was to drill the door and replace the lock. Told me the total price was 100 for callout and 189 to change the lock. Charged 226 for that, and then 120 for labour. How can you open the door without labour!? Total charge was nearly 600 just for what could have been done with a piece of card (I've tested it myself and it's not that hard). Also, they haven't traded for long enough to be able to charge VAT, but he suddenly added that on top too, after he'd done the job. And yes I know this is an auto lock website, but I'm pretty sure the two companies (Rapid Locksmith Services LTD and Rapid Auto Locksmith London) are related. Almost identical names, identical correspondence address, incorporated within one week of each other. I've attached a photo of the address where the payment went to
