Thank you for coming out late in the evening. After a long day working and picking up kids from activities. Our house key snapped in the door. Very stressful moment and didn’t know what to do.
Graeme was very calming on the phone and arrived within 25 minutes. He effectively got access within 5 minutes for the kids to get in and then proceeded with replacing the lock and new keys all done with 20 minutes.
Highly recommend how it was all dealt with in a stressful situation.

Thanks to Ross and Graeme for solving our tricky problem of no spare boat keys. A slightly inaccessible location and an unusual key to cut that required a bit of thinking. They eventually cracked it. I work for a small boat company in Dunbar and North Berwick (BlueWild). We run nature tours to the Isle of May, the Bass or anywhere in the Outer Forth. Spare keys will be a great help.
