Don't deal with WDW Trading Co Ltd. They are real scammers. Delivered a defective and faulty chandelier then blamed our electrician. Our electrician advised in the first moment that the chandelier is low quality and extremely overpriced. THEY DELETED our reviews twice !! Shockingly scammers!!!

Don’t bother dealing with this company. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t respond to emails. They use cheap unreliable couriers - Yodel in this case. Paid for my lights, Yodel labelled it wrong, delivered someone else’s parcel & have now lost my parcel. Told me to contact the retailer for a refund & I’ve emailed WDW 6 times and called them every day this week - they don’t answer the phone nor do they respond to emails. So I have now paid for lights which I have never received and cannot get my money back. Absolutely awful company

Bought a flushed ceiling light for nearly £300 and half the stuff are missing to even complete the light. The light is beautiful dont get me wrong but half of my crystals are sat in a box cause it doesn't have the relevant hooks. If you call they ask you to email them. And then on email I'm being asked for pictures like if I'm gonna lie about something like this. Very appalling service so far. Still waiting for relevant hooks etc to be confirmed and sent to me. Quick when it comes to a sale but slow when it comes to issues with an item! Not happy at all.

Awful company. Ordered a multi colour light from them which had colours that matched our room, when it was delivered it was a different colour to the images. Asked for the same light as the image to be delivered and they asked us to pay for the correct colour to be delivered at addition cost, or return the light. Refused to send the correct colour light even though they obviously had it. All responses to messages were rude and abrupt. Don’t buy from them!!

I recently purchased a Champagne K9 Crystal chandelier,from placing my order to receiving the product they were excellent in their approach of updating me & I recieved my parcel the next day at no extra expense! The packaging, aesthetics & finish of the chandelier was professional as well as simple. The assembling of the chandelier was not complicated due to the helpful instructions that were given within the packaging. The individual components were pre-organised in separate containers reducing the assembly time. Once we assembled the chandelier everyone was in awe of its beauty & eminence.The chandelier is made from genuine K9 crystal which complements the chandelier when it is illuminated tremendously. I highly recommend WDW lighting & i will definitely be back for more lights!
