I sent an enquiry into the company by email for our garden project. Umar rang me the very next day and explained everything on product range, because I lived fairly local he invited me to visit them. Again all very professional on explaining product range. I bought everything I needed there and then. I ran out of a few bits and pieces as I extended the project, I called in on them on chance as I was in their area, the guys were very welcoming and sorted out my shortages very quickly. From my personal experience can't fault them, the products I purchased and the service received. Having had now the lighting in place just under 2 yrs, a majority of it has failed. Lighting is showing different colours when on a single colour. 1 power supply failed. The light controllers keep failing to connect to the network and around 50% of the leds have completely failed. Seems to be cheap Chinese junk.

I have nothing but praise for UK led lights, they have been extremely helpful in every way, quick to respond, expert advice and very accommodating, my correspondence with Rohail was very polite and professional and I believe that he is an asset to the company. Excellent customer service and support. An item was missing from our delivery and when i contacted them about it they were very apologetic and were quick to rectify and send out the missing item for next day delivery. Would definately use this company again. Thank you 😊
