Arete Serviced Accommodation

We stayed here for 1 month in April and was a wonderful stay. The flat was very well-equipped, nicely furbished, in a quiet corner, yet very close to Woolwich town centre meaning essentially everything you might need. They provided 2 times of professional cleaning services which just keep everything nice and fresh throughout the stay. It got 3 doors before getting into the apartment so it felt pretty secured cause we carried a lot with us and were often out during the day. Melly from Arete was very responsive and helpful for any questions and supports during our stay. We didn't regret in picking them rather than other Airbnb flats nearby which certainly won't be managed to such professional level of standard. Just make us care-free while we enjoyed our journey.

The property is well maintained and good for a family. I enjoyed my stay here recently as it had many appliances available to use which made everything easier. The location is a bit on a tucked away corner of London and not really close to the station as you’ll need to walk 10-15 minutes atleast. Nonetheless, the host is friendly and responsive to deal with any issues. 😊

The two bed flat was immaculate. Had everything we required, ie. Washing machine, cooking facilities and comfortable beds.we will definitely stay there again. Street parking was good as plenty of CCTV cameras pointing out to cars.

I truly love this apartment. Very clean and well organized. It even has a desk and a printer in case one would need to work! It also super safe because of the 3 doors that you need to open before you get to the apartment. Location, is perfect. Close to the Elizabeth Line, and all the bus lines that take you into different parts of the city. I did a stroll in the morning in the historical part of London down to the Thames where you can take the uber boat to Central London. It is a very nice and diverse neighborhood where you can have Jerk chicken but also have specialized beers in a hipster pub. Would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice, comfortable, warm, house, located on a quiet suburb. It can be hard to find, especially at night, as the door number is not visible. Close to Gatwick but still a bit far, there’s a train station ~15 walking.
