As soon as I met Julie she put me at ease 😊👍 Overall happy with my skin consultation as Julie listened & explained what could be done for my skin type after various photographs were taken. I was pleasantly surprised to see the clinic offering Obagi products which I have used in the past & purchased today on Julie's advice. Julie has promised to email over in the next couple of days some procedures suited to my skin type 🤞 all in all happy with the consultation.

It was an amazing hydrofacial experience. The woman was incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment arrived, during the whole treatment it was relaxing, and she was light handed and gentle made the whole experience comfortable. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. I truly appreciate her kindness and recommendation on what to avoid and use differently to my skincare routine, I would definitely recommend this place. Prices is affordable compared with other clinics in Manchester.

All the staff were so welcoming and professional, I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. The space is also super clean and designed very nicely. Sam was great at explaining the process of removing a skin tag before starting and it was over really quickly. Really helpful explanation of aftercare too.

I had a skin tag removed today and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ellen and Samantha were both so lovely, welcoming, and really chatty, which put me at ease straight away. Samantha checked on me throughout the whole process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The clinic itself was spotless, with lovely soothing music, such a calm and relaxing environment. Would definitely recommend!
