I am so happy to have found Sunshine Diamonds. I love the website, and the massive range of products. The staff are so helpful about any questions you might have, which is great. The pricing is incredible and very competitive. I was kept up to date about delivery, and my order arrived right on time. And they are GORGEOUS! I bought one set of earrings, and they are just beautiful and beautifully packaged. (I straight away ordered another pair for my other ear piercing!). Highly recommend!

I had previously left a review for this company on trustpilot after my husband bought me one of their stunning rings.. a 2 carat Solitaire. Well l wanted an eternity ring to wear alongside it so we looked up Sunshine diamonds range and purchased a 1ct full eternity band.. again it didn't disappoint and l have the best hubby ever because he has ordered me a 2nd band to wear on the other side of my 2carat . If you're considering buying any diamond jewellery l highly recommend these guys

Extremely poor customer service. I contacted this shop via WhatsApp with a genuine enquiry and was ready to spend a significant amount on an engagement ring. The response I received was unprofessional and didn’t feel helpful or welcoming.
I was told they would check some details for me and get back to me, but it has now been over two weeks with no response at all. For a business dealing with high-value purchases, this level of communication is completely unacceptable.
It honestly felt like there was no interest in helping or securing a serious customer. If this is the level of service before a sale, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
