We have been customers of Labyrinth since the company started nearly 25 years ago. Business relationships only last that long if the service provided is excellent and that is what we have always received from Labyrinth. From our very basic monitor and huge desk top computer set up through to our current sleek, multi screen, laptop and docking system we have been expertly guided and advised by David HB and his team. We have never been patronised or made to feel inept even though we must have tested their patience from time to time. Their pricing is reasonable and there is no hard sell or up selling. Their speed of reply to an enquiry cannot be faulted. It is also worth noting that many of their staff have been there a long time - Matt, Dawid, Wesley and others come to mind. They have grown with the company and provided a continuity of relationship which is not often found in this kind of business. Despite their rise in the hierarchy, they are always happy to be hands on with even minor problems. Even though we are probably one of their smallest clients, we never feel any less important than the big ones. We fully recommend this company.

We chose Labyrinth for our IT support because they were very responsive in the tendering process and gave sensible answers to our questions. Moving from our old support was easy, and onboarding was painless being either remote or onsite depending on where staff were working at the time. A lot of care seemed to be taken over the detail looking at our existing infrastructure and any items that needed refreshing/replacing which helped. Response form the helpdesk has been quick and the support staff have sorted all of the issues we've had so far. Overall a very positive experience so far and I would recommend Labyrinth.
