Had a bad experience a while back and have not been back since, I handed my laptop in for a repair and it was given back to me with more wrong with it than when I handed it in.
I handed it in to one person fully charged and switched it on to show him what I wanted fixed, I later popped in again and a different person pulled it out again and it wouldn't turn on - no battery, so we plugged it in and carried on.
When I eventually collected it and took it home I found out the battery would not take or hold a charge (not a problem it had before handing it in) and the person behind the counter said its had just sat in the same place until it was repaired then put back in the padded case - but it had also been taken out in front of me and I had dealt with 2/3 different people so some staff didn't know what the others were doing it seems. Someone broke the laptop.
Accidents happen but to be dismissed with attitude when I went in to ask about it was a little bit insulting - especially when they seemed to be making it up when it came to their process of handling my laptop.
