Step 1: Preparation
You gather all your ironing together and place it into a basket or bag and move to step 2.
Step 2: Booking
Call 07378341891 or you can book online. We provide express same day, 48 hour, weekly, fortnightly or custom collections.
Step 3: Collection
One of our friendly drivers will arrive at your home at the time you requested between the set times. They will weigh your ironing and leave you with a ticket detailing the cost. Your ironing will be fully insured.
Step 4:Ironing Time
One of our professional ironers will examine your ironing and ensure safety instructions are adhered to. Your ironing will be carried out in a clean, smoke-free environment. Ironing can be hung or folded as requested.
Step 5: Quality Check
We check all loads before returning to the customer. If you are not satisfied with the quality, we will redo the ironing until your requirements have been met. Our aim is to deliver perfect ironing.
Step 6. Return
We carefully package your ironing using protective shirt covers and/or folded. Our drivers will then return your ironing to you at a pre-arranged time.
