Passed by the showroom and spotted a beautiful horse's head statue that I knew would be perfect for my brother. I didn't want to buy it without discussing it with him first and as I was on my way home {2hrs away}, asked if it could be posted if he did decide to buy it. Olivia went one better and as the statue was very delicate, offered to personally deliver it, as her family by coincidence were from the same town that I was from. I was touched by this offer and after showing my brother photos of the statue was delighted that he decided to buy it. My brother and I greatly appreciated Mr Gardner personally delivering it 2 weeks later. Olivia and Mr Garner went above and beyond what is expected in customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their showroom and service.
