Passed by the showroom and spotted a beautiful horse's head statue that I knew would be perfect for my brother. I didn't want to buy it without discussing it with him first and as I was on my way home {2hrs away}, asked if it could be posted if he did decide to buy it. Olivia went one better and as the statue was very delicate, offered to personally deliver it, as her family by coincidence were from the same town that I was from. I was touched by this offer and after showing my brother photos of the statue was delighted that he decided to buy it. My brother and I greatly appreciated Mr Gardner personally delivering it 2 weeks later. Olivia and Mr Garner went above and beyond what is expected in customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their showroom and service.

I can’t recommend Caroline Gardner highly enough. We are so pleased with our dining table and chairs, but also the help and advice right from the start was fantastic. Olivia, the showroom manager helped us with choosing colours and fabrics for the chairs and was on hand whenever we had any questions. Thank you!

We had an exceptional experience working with Caroline Gardner Design in Harrogate from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, from the initial design concepts through to project management and final installation - even with our home being 4 hours away! Every design scheme for each room was elegant, cohesive, and perfectly suited to our home and lifestyle. The end result has completely transformed our home, exceeding our expectations in both style and functionality. We couldn’t be happier and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly stress-free and inspiring interior design experience. A massive thank you to Caroline, Olivia and Iain for your lovely work.

My husband and I purchased a beautiful handmade table from Caroline Gardner Design showroom during a visit to Harrogate. The living edge dining table was incredibly striking and was just what we was looking for. It’s a statement piece in our breakfast room that’s getting lots of compliments! The service was amazing right throughout our purchase and collection too - thank you! X

Bought a stunning dining table from Caroline’s showroom in Harrogate. (We’d only gone in to purchase some candle sticks but the shop turned out to be an amazing treasure trove - a veritable Aladdin’s cave, and we couldn’t resist the fabulous natural wood and metal “river table”!). Olivia, the showroom manager, kindly arranged for the table to be delivered by two gents, Richard and Ian, who’d clearly had lots of experience in assembling this particular type of table. They went to great lengths to ensure it was assembled in the precise location we wanted it. We are so pleased with this unique table and the excellent service provided both in the display showroom by Olivia and Iain and then by Richard and Ian when delivering and assembling the table.
