This was the first time I approached Fusion Interior Design and the advice was very welcome. From the first phone with Jason to the Creative Walkthrough with Jan, both were charming, helpful and encouraging. Communication was great, everything was made easy and they were a pleasure to talk to. Jan’s design knowledge was excellent, she made suggestions of new furnishings and fittings, the depth of which included advice on new radiators, which I really was not expecting. She quickly cottoned on to my tastes and style and all suggestions were well within my budget; she also suggested ways to incorporate my existing pieces. It was such an enjoyable meeting, it exceeded all my expectations and I would not hesitate in recommending Jan, Jason and the Creative Walkthrough. Thank you both very much.

We found the Creative Walkthrough service incredibly useful when starting to redesign our kitchen dining room. Jan really listened to us and found out how we use the space, what we like about the space and what we don’t like about it, before giving us so many useful ideas. She came up with some solutions which had never occurred to us but which make perfect sense. Jan’s advice covered a wide range of topics including practical points like radiators and ventilation, layout and the fun stuff like decor and accessories. I would highly recommend the Creative Walkthrough service and would definitely use it again.

After a search on the internet, I came across Fusion Interior Design. I have never used an interior design service before but was desperate to find someone who could give us ideas of how to improve the look of a couple of rooms in our new home. The Creative Walkthrough was a great starting point. We booked an appointment with Jan. She called us for a chat beforehand and we sent through photos of how the rooms looked at present. Communication was brilliant all the way through, Jan was delightful and totally focused throughout the 2 hours on providing us with inspiration and advice. She helped us feel more positive about making changes with fresh ideas that we would never have come up with ourselves. She particularly helped us with room layout, colours and lighting. We are now in the process of making these changes which also stimulated us to come up with a few ideas of our own. I think we may well be calling on FID again in the future. This was my first experience using Fusion and I can’t rate them highly enough. We went for the design block service as we were struggling to furnish our newly created kitchen/diner/snug area and creating the wow factor we wanted. Jan took her time to understand what we wanted and then sent us a well researched list of ideas with links, making the process very easy for us and then came along a few weeks later to install and create the wow factor that we were after. A fantastic service which was so easy for me. Jan took all the hassle out of it for me and was very responsive to any questions I had. The results are truly amazing, better than I ever dared to hope for. I wish we had known about Fusion before, but will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much Jan & Jason x

We came across Fusion Interior Design when looking for someone to advise us in respect of creating a snug in our house and reinvigorating a home office. From start to finish, Jan was excellent. She visited us to look at the spaces and understand our requirements, speaking to both us and our daughters to get a sense of how the snug would be used. We all shared images of the kinds of things we liked and Jan then prepared some excellent room designs for us, taking on board our priorities. Jan advised on colour schemes and sourced paints, carpets and furnishings etc as well as instructing the necessary trades people, which made our lives a lot easier. Jason did the decorating for us and was great - he did everything when he said he would and the finish was spot on, even returning to complete some small bits of painting once other work had been finished. Both Jan and Jason were very professional, incredibly personable and a real pleasure to work with and we are all absolutely delighted with the finished products: a bright and inspiring office in which to work and a warm and cosy snug in which to relax.
