My experience with Multirisk Insurance Brokers and Economical Insurance has been extremely disappointing. My vehicle was stolen and later recovered completely burned. Despite months of waiting, my claim is still not settled. Throughout this process, I have provided countless documents, police reports, bank statements, phone records, and participated in multiple recorded interviews. I expected my broker to advocate for me and push for answers from Economical Insurance, but instead I was left dealing with delays, uncertainty, and repeated requests for information. Even now, there are disputes over the HST on a rental vehicle while the claim remains unresolved. The ongoing delays have affected my work, caused financial losses, and created unnecessary stress. A customer dealing with the theft and destruction of a vehicle should not have to fight this hard for a resolution. I expected better support from both my broker and my insurance company. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating claim experiences I have ever had, and it is still ongoing.
