I’m posting this as a serious warning to anyone considering dealing with , Charan Singh Rai, or the insurance company he represents. When I set up my policies, I was crystal clear: I want full coverage. I don’t want any excuses, any loopholes, or any missing protections. I explained the nature of my automotive business, the risks involved, and the importance of having every possible scenario covered. Charan assured me repeatedly that he would take care of everything and that the two policies I purchased would give me complete protection. Fast-forward over two and a half years—no claims, no issues, no problems. Then we finally have one incident and file a claim… and that’s when the truth comes out: They never set up the coverage I specifically requested. Not by accident. Not by miscommunication. It was simply never done. This wasn’t just a small oversight. This was a massive failure that left my business completely exposed after I trusted them to do their job. I paid for coverage I believed I had because my broker told me I was fully protected. Clearly, that wasn’t true. And what makes this situation even more outrageous is how they’ve acted since the claim: • No support • No accountability • No effort to fix the issue • No call-backs from Charan Singh Rai despite multiple attempts • No responsibility taken by the insurance company For my first ever claim, after years of paying premiums, they essentially told me, “Too bad, you’re on your own.” This is exactly the type of broker and insurance setup that destroys people financially. You think you’re covered… until the moment you actually need help. Then suddenly they “discover” gaps in your policy—gaps that they created by failing to do their job. Let me be very clear: If you’re thinking about dealing with this broker or this insurance provider—DON’T. Save yourself the stress, the financial risk, and the absolute headache. What happened to me is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity. I did everything right on my end, and I still got left with nothing because the person who was supposed to protect my business simply didn’t do what he promised. Learn from my experience. Do NOT trust them. Do NOT assume they’ve done what they said. And honestly, do NOT deal with them at all. There are plenty of brokers out there who will actually do their job—these guys clearly won’t

Very disappointing experience. Once the insurance policy was finalized, communication became extremely difficult especially with Dev Singh. Phone calls often went unanswered, and multiple follow-ups and reminders were ignored. What was most frustrating were the unexpected billing changes. A quoted premium of around $150 was later increased to approximately $250 , without a clear explanation. This created unnecessary confusion and concern. Customer service and transparency are critical in the insurance industry, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After sending several reminders and receiving little to no response, I’ve lost confidence in continuing with this company. I hope the management seriously reviews their communication practices and customer support.
