One of the worst pet insurance companies. Talking from a vet surgeon point of view, not from a client. The pet claim team puts in doubt the diagnosis of a veterinary professional, asking for medical evidence... when the people working there cannot read and understand a scientific papers... they just want to find excuses not to pay their clients

It's all good having insurance and paying but when it comes to making a claim they make you feel like as if you are a criminal. And every time you speak to them the story keeps changing and blames you for saying you said this and that. Look I have been with them for about 7 years and now it's time to say bye.

Not sure why the trip advisor reviews are poor .. I've visited a few times and always have enjoyed fresh taste food. Not the cheapest but a stunning riverside setting. If there was some sort of loyalty for regulars or slightly more responsive service I'd be giving 5 stars .

Their pet insurance cover was good, but they didn't give enough information in their renewal letter. They assumed that I'd renew, and provided no information on how to cancel.

1920s system - can't see anything online. Took several weeks to get back to me on ebike quote and then expect me to supply personal information to a suspicious caller.
