This is such a great service. The app is so easy to use - making a claim could not be easier and there is so much more on the upgraded app too. I just had to call customer service to retrieve my forgotten policy number and was over the moon with the speed, efficiency and friendliness of the agent. So refreshing! Highly recommend Medicash

Been with medicash a good few years. You honestly don't know what's round the corner regarding your health had a recent stay in hospital claim was successful. The claim process is simple but you do have to have the correct receipts and information. If your unsure as to use a curtain service just check with them . Never had a problem with them average pay out times varies had it back in account in 3 days from claim to 7 days after a claim . We are a double policy holder keep up the good work at medicash thanks again

Really fast to upload receipts to the app which are then processed very fast! I’ve been with Medicash for over 30 years, never really had any problems!
