Claiming is so simple! You can fill in the claim form on line and upload a picture of your receipt, then within days, you receive payment. Not only that, but a member of the team I spoke to was really helpful. I can't fault them.

Absolutely awful company to deal with, they hate paying out on claims. You have to jump through hoops to claim anything back and even if you do the exact same receipt as previous it's 50/50 if they will pay out. 1 star is way too high for such a Ln awful company!

I've been with Medicash way back when it was "Penny In The Pound" and never have had the slightest problem accessing them to make a claim. Even during Covid, as I recall, their office here in Liverpool could be visited to deliver claims forms. They pay promptly and the premiums are not crippling so I will continue to rate them quite highly.

Requested claim form when left hospital and received a speedy response from a helpful gentleman. Once the claims were submitted they were settled within days. When I first joined the scheme about 51 years ago there used to be updates on the amounts that could be claimed depending upon payments made and it would be nice to keep up with changes as they occur even by email

I have been using medicash on and off for numerous years firstly through my place of work then when I changed jobs and it didn’t come with the remuneration package I was gutted so decided to pay for it myself. Although I probably don’t use it to its full potential(something I plan to change) it is still really handy to have. Great value for money. The app is really easy to navigate. Once you put a claim in they say you will receive your payment within 2-5 days. My experience has been no later than 3 days. I have also had to go on the sick due to a major surgery and have had to cut back on a lot, this is one thing I won’t give up as I feel I probably need it more now more than ever. I personally love it. It’s also a non profit company. 🫶 would definitely recommend for all ages.
