FREE ONLINE SELF-HYPNOSIS SESSIONS — ADULT VOLUNTEERS WANTED
ONLINE ONLY: All sessions take place via Zoom. No home visits or in-person appointments are offered.
Hello, I’m Alison. I love helping people build their confidence to chase their dreams.
I’m looking for volunteers aged 18 or over who would like to learn self-hypnosis to work on:
• Coping with social anxiety
• Being more assertive
• Improving sports performance
• Changing a habit, such as nail biting
ABOUT ME
Building on my clinical experience as a Physician Associate, I’m studying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with hypnotherapy at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. To complete my qualification, I need to undertake case studies with volunteers.
Listening carefully and understanding each person’s individual experience are central to my approach. I aim to offer a warm, thoughtful space where we can explore your goal and practise techniques drawn from my training.
WHAT’S INVOLVED?
• Completely free, one-to-one sessions
• Online via Zoom, from the comfort of your home
• One hour a week
• A course of 3–6 sessions, depending on the issue
We’ll focus on a specific goal and help you learn self-hypnosis techniques to practise between sessions. You don’t need previous experience of hypnosis.
You’ll need a quiet, private space, a reliable internet connection and time to attend weekly sessions and practise what you learn.
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR YOU?
As I’m still a student, we’ll have an initial conversation to discuss what you would like to work on, explain the case-study process and check whether the sessions are suitable and within the scope of my training.
GET IN TOUCH
If you’re interested, or would simply like to find out more, please message me through Friday-Ad or email:

A brief message about what you would like to work on is enough to start with. There’s no obligation to commit at this stage.
Thank you for considering supporting my training. I’d be pleased to hear from you.
Alison
