Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham

Bad experience with this company. Called up as needed urgent care for my mother and wanted to see the options. Was called back by a rude woman who tried to browbeat me into going with one of their options. She didn't listen to me about what I wanted for my mother at all. Will not be using them, if they can't deal with me professionally and fairly in the first instance, it is not a good reflection on the service they will provide for someone who is vulnerable.

Like so many people, I discovered the world of home care services at a time of crisis, after my 95-year-old grandma was discharged from hospital following a nasty fall. After being disillusioned with many of the domiciliary care services I came across, a nurse who looked after my grandmother in hospital suggested that I contact these guys. As soon as I did, I knew I had found people that shared my belief that in order to look after someone properly, you really have to get to know that person and their family. I hope Home Instead continue to look after my grandma for years to come.

What a fabulous care company . I was impressed with the service given to my mother. No job to small . The carers were matched up perfectly to my mother and she looks forward to their visits.I would highly recommend Home Instead to everyone . Thank you for all that you do .

Absolutely the best care for both of my parents towards the ends of their lives. Enabled them to stay at home until possible. Without their care and support it would have been very difficult. . Thoroughly recommend.
