The care provided for my family member is excellent. All duties are covered from personal care, house duties, preparing meals and, above all, providing company. Communication with me is fantastic and any concerns I might have are dealt with promptly. Having an app for me to be able to check the rota of carers in advance and subsequently read their report of each visit is invaluable as I don't live nearby. I feel fortunate to have Fond Health caring for my family member.

Ester and Daisy are lovely girls. This is a very caring service, and they helped me a lot. Better than any other service out there. They show compassion and Grace, and nothing was too much for them. Daisy is lovely and a Christian lady. Ester is also lovely and a qualified nurse. So you are in safe hands with this company.

Excellent company. They treated my dad like family. My dad was very ill. Nothing was too much they were very attentive to all my dads needs.Esther the manager was professional and so kind. She sent me daily updates on how my dad was. She never missed anything she was so detailed in what care dad was getting and nothing was too much. I felt relieved knowing my dad was safe and getting looked after at all times. Thank you so much Esther and your team! You are stars! Lydia :)

Provided care at short notice to help with my 100 yr old mother. Personal care, and responsive to her needs. Temporary care only needed this time. But will most definitely be using Fond Health Care again. As we move into a new chapter with care.
