Hi, I'm Adrian – I work in care and I'm looking to pick up some extra hours locally, alongside my regular work.
I can help with things like companionship visits, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication prompts, appointments, or just being there for a chat and a cuppa. I know how much peace of mind it gives families to have someone reliable checking in on a loved one, and that's what I try to offer – someone who actually cares, not just clocks in and out.
I also offer telephone check-in calls if you'd prefer regular contact without a home visit – handy for keeping an eye on someone's wellbeing between visits, or if a full visit isn't needed every time.
I'm based in Hailsham and happy to travel to Polegate and the surrounding area – no long trips needed, so I can usually fit people in flexibly.
£15/hour – open to discussing regular arrangements or one-off cover.
