I’ve always had a passion for, and dedication to, self-care, health and wellbeing and that evolved into working with others. From a very early age, I practiced ballet and gymnastics and went on to study Contemporary Dance at Chichester University. After qualifying I became a dance teacher and then trained as a Fitness Instructor. I taught classes in all the major clubs and leisure centres throughout Sussex. Amidst all of this, was a discovery of and ongoing passion for yoga, which later turned into the core of my work.
I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and studied many different styles including Hatha, Lyengar, Ashtanga, Bikram (Hot) Yoga. Upon moving to Brighton, I discovered Scaravelli yoga and immediately fell in love with this style because of its relationship to dance and movement and offers the most flexibility to practitioners – it doesn’t matter what shape, size, age you are, Scaravelli yoga caters for all. Over the past five years, I have built a loyal, happy client base and we welcome you to join us for classes in Kemptown, Brighton.
I keep my yoga classes small and intimate because I follow the principle that people deserve personal care and attention. It is my sincere hope that every client enjoys the transformative benefits of Scaravelli Yoga and experiences ‘the personal touch’ that makes all the difference to their lives and wellbeing.
