Soulfit is a combined Yoga, Dance, Fitness & Personal Training studio. We are available online & in the flesh as a live studio based in Lewes, on the South Coast of the UK. There are more than 30 classes of Yoga, Dance & Fitness sessions available every week, something to suit everyone - from Beginners through to well-seasoned Yogis & Fitness enthusiasts.

As such we have a huge variety of classes from Vinyasa Flow, Yin & Iyengar to Barre, HIIT & Boxfit - all delivered with the same enthusiasm & expertise. Our Personal Training programme caters for individuals of every age & fitness level, helping clients with weight management, rehabilitation & stress relief through to improved strength& conditioning.
