I have never liked gyms and found them boring in the past. I came to Rob after a knee operation for some strength work as rehab and a general desire to get fitter and stronger as I get older. My training sessions and the group sessions he runs have been brilliant and given me a new insight into the benefits of having a PT and strength training. I have found Rob to be highly experienced and informative about what he is helping you to achieve and how to do it. He tailors each session to your goals. He has given me the confidence that I can achieve what I want and helped me surprise myself in what I can do. The gym is a nice environment to train in, the group sessions fun, focused, each one different, and a good atmosphere with Rob helping everyone to achieve their individual goals. Thanks Rob!
