“I love coming to Iriness! Because there is nothing like that in Horsham. The way we learn, we develop here enables us to self-practise at home. Mysore style or self-practice of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a fascinating journey. I like the way we learn, we practise, we evolve and we fully understand the practice we are going into, taking it step by step. It feels like a journey and it is a very satisfying one. After each class at Iriness, I feel fantastic! I feel relaxed, calm, and I feel like I have challenged myself as well. More I learn about yoga here, more I want to find out about it… I have given up all other yoga classes to come here because I like it so much.”
