Be aware of fraud group. Really worst service. I paid money because I needed a caretaker for my newborn baby. They appointed a lady who had no experience in baby care. She was actually working as a helper at a construction site. She literally slept most of the time. This was already the second lady they arranged for us. After that, I requested a refund because they clearly did not have experienced caretakers. They are simply arranging people without proper verification or training. Initially, they promised to refund the amount the following week. Later, they said the refund would be processed on the 10th of the next month. I have been following up with them for the last two months, but now nobody is answering my calls or responding to my messages. I am really disappointed with their service. At the beginning, they also collected ₹4000 saying it was for an old age home. I paid that amount too, but I don’t know whether it was actually used for that purpose or not. Please don’t trust their services. They asked me to delete the review, then only can proceed the refund. So i deleted the review after that they stop taking calls and replying for message. Don't believe Nivetha, Keerthana, senthil Kumar. If you asked anything, they always replied like concern person is not available, they are on leave. Or management person is hospitalized so we can't able to do anything.
