Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. They collected a ₹2,000 registration fee for arranging a babysitter, even after we clearly explained that our requirement was urgent. However, they failed to send even a single suitable profile and there was absolutely no proper response or follow-up. We had to arrange a babysitter from another place because of their delay. When we requested the return of our advance amount, they initially acknowledged it, but after that, there has been no response and my money is still not refunded. They have multiple phone numbers, and different people keep calling from different numbers asking for the same requirements repeatedly. It appears they do not maintain proper records or coordinate internally at all. Even after informing them that it was urgent, after two days they were still saying they were searching for profiles. This service wasted both our valuable time and money. I strongly advise others not to trust this service for urgent babysitter requirements. Very poor communication, zero proper follow-up, and completely unprofessional management. Not even worth 1 star. I am clearly demanding the immediate refund of my ₹2,000 registration/advance amount, as the promised service was not provided and we had to make our own arrangements elsewhere. Process and return my money without any further delay.

Excellant service by Anbu sri sai home care. I have availed their service for the past 2 years. Staffs sent by them were very cooperative, work knowing and very soft . They train their staff very well in such a way to handle my mother very softly with deep care . They replace staffs immediately when they go for leave. All the details of their staffs were sent before they join duty. Customer care support is very excellant and response immediately. The cost also reasonable compared to other agencies.

We contacted Anbu Sri Sai for home care for our father. From the first call itself, they were very helpful and explained everything clearly. The caretaker they arranged was really patient and caring. Overall, we had a good experience with the service.

This indicates poor internal communication and inadequate record management. For an organisation handling urgent childcare requirements, such delays and poor communication are unacceptable. Even after two days, we were still being told that they were searching for profiles, despite being informed from the beginning that the requirement was urgent. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution before paying any registration or advance amount. Our experience involved wasted time, poor coordination, inadequate follow-up, failure to provide the expected service, and an unresolved refund issue. I formally request the immediate refund of my ₹2,000 registration fee, as the required service was not provided and we had to arrange a babysitter elsewhere. I expect the amount to be returned without any further delay. Based on my experience, this service does not meet even the most basic standards of professionalism or customer service.
