Excellent service from start to end. We booked a nurse for my bedridden mother, and the staff handled her with great patience and love. She ensured proper hygiene, medicine timing, and daily care. The Anbu Sri Sai team was easy to reach anytime we needed support. A very professional and trustworthy team — thank you for your dedication!

After my father’s knee surgery, we were looking for reliable home care support. That’s when we found Anbu Sri Sai Home Health Care, and it turned out to be the best decision we made. The caretaker Meenakshi was very polite, punctual, and took care of him like her own father. The management team followed up regularly and made sure everything went smoothly. I’m genuinely thankful for their service. Highly recommend them!

Very disappointing services . Never trust any agency who take 1 month of the care takers salary as agency fee . I have had bad experience of paying the initial amount post which they claim to shortlist the profile . I was asked to pay Rs 5000 upfront and because of my bitter experience in other such agencies I paid Rs 3000 and told will pay the remaining Rs 2000 once the care taker reports to work . I had requested for a baby care taker for my twin babies . The cost is different for single baby and varies for twin babies . Once the processing amount is paid their terms and conditions are shared . They never share it before hand . The customer care person lists the expectations that the baby sitter must be given rest in the night for one or 2 feeds . Obviously we are there to support but inorder to grab some rest only we pay for a baby sitter . What is the point in ensuring they are taking rest in the night and we manage ? 3 profiles were shortlisted . 1. A person from Dharmapuri 2. A srilankan refugees 3. A 50 year old person . The agency only focus on providing rest to their employees . It doesn't commit on their employees working . Having 2 months twins the schedule will be hectic and their charges for twins vary . The care taker person should have been here by 20th . After shortlisting 3 profiles there is no response from them and I'm asking for a refund of Rs 3000 and there is no response for the same neither have they shared any other profiles . Please don't trust such agencies who ask for 1 month of salary . The agency doesn't provide replacement also and rather prepares us mentally that 1 or 2 days or in case of emergency the care taker leaves we should be able to manage . All these terms and conditions come only after we pay the money . There is no hope for the amount I paid . Imagine me paying a month of salary as agency fee and being cheated of a huge toll of money . These agencies aren't trustable and the amount we pay is non refundable. Beware of such agencies
