Former Muay Thai fighter here. I used to have hard, deep tissue massages during my sports career but since retiring, have opted for more gentler massages. Yesterday however I was training and felt two knots in each shoulder. Booked in a sports massage and asked if I could have the shoulders done hard and then a gentler massage after. Masseuse agreed but after experience how good she was, I asked for a full body sports massage. I told her to apply as much pressure as needed. Obviously it was painful but as soon as we were done, Imy range of motion in my hips, shoulders and lower back had increased massively! Will definitely make this a regular part of my maintenance. My favourite fighter, Tawanchai fought this morning and I was told the result so next time I'll ask for no spoilers! Went for a relaxing massage lady came in started massaging me within f5 minutes I was offered another massage I said no thanks .she said I will be fast I said no no just massage the way she was massaging me before she started massaging as if she wasn't bothered she texted while massaging me also broke wind when I said it smell she said it was the floor I asked to see the manger I told the manger she got me another women after 10 minutes. Then the female said we ask extra because we are asylum seekers we come here to make money but we don't get paid good because we have to eat so we change £30 but for u I do for £25 ok . If you get a massage and extra they do the massage otherwise they will become upset with you as if it's your fault. Now I will go somewhere else this place needs to be shut down.

This place has certainly gone down in service. Years ago the massage ladies were good but now they've left... For reference their services are marked £50/hr or £55 for Deep Tissue. I booked the Thai Massage(£50). The Masseuse basically went in with a Relaxed(gentle) massage and when I asked her to add pressure I was repeatedly told to pay more for a Deep Tissue/the receptionist told her to do Relaxed massage on me. She then stopped 15mins before the end and said she'd do the last 15mins Thai massage but next time I'd have to pay extra. The rushed ending actually gave me a sore neck and I slept awfully. The whole experience was very uncomfortable, I was clearly mislead on purpose. Definitely won't be going back.

I am not one to leave reviews unless I have an exceptionally good or bad experience; in this case it is VERY BAD. I have been visiting this place for the past two years on and off and have always enjoyed my massages here, the receptionist is always friendly and girls always give a good massage, I have always highly recommended this place to friends and family. Today, however, I did not have a good experience. My appointment was for 1:40 today and was told the girls would be running a little late, which was fine with me, the massage started at 2pm and I had Yani who I have had before a while back, she wasn’t the best but she was okay for what I remembered. She started off relaxing the muscles which was nothing special, just getting the body ready for the massage, then she started on my arms and back area (most will start from the legs making their way up!) The massage felt really rushed as she did not have continuous contact with the skin, all she seems to be doing was just rubbing tiger balm on my skin, I told her if she could use a bit more pressure, then after a few minutes I asked if she a could slow down as it doesn’t feel very relaxing. After about 10 mins she started on my legs and feet, same thing happened, just rubbing more oil or tiger balm on but no pressure or technique used. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt as I understand that all the girls massage different but this massage was terrible to say the least. I sat up after 15 minutes and told her the problem and asked to speak to the receptionist, she said if you’re not happy you can get your money back. I did not want my money back and I was happy for someone else to take over for the remain 45 mins; but I was offered a 10 mins massage with another girl and that I should pay for the half an hour! I said it wasn’t any point and asked for a full refund, the receptionist agreed and closed the door so I could get dressed, but a second later another masseuse barged I while I was undressed and said you can’t get a full refund as I already had 20 mins, I asked her if we can talk after I get dressed but she held the door open, at this point there was 3 girls plus the receptionist staring at me while I had a towel to cover myself….. This one lady was very aggressive saying that why did I wait 20 mins before letting her know it was not okay, but I explained that we have been talking for the last 10 mins but she kept insisting that I pay for half an hour, I was very polite up until this point, I raised my voice to let them know that the service was terrible, they then started talking amongst themselves in their own language and the receptionist calmed them down and gave me a full refund. Yani said that she was fully qualified (which I was not disputing) and I explained that today, for some reason, it felt rushed and I felt on edge instead of feeling relaxed, she just dismissed me saying don’t talk to me, you just want me to work for free. The overall experience is shocking, and to receive such appalling service from a place I did highly recommend is so sad. I will not be going back again. Nicky was they best but she left a while ago, Millie, Nina and a few of the others are very good but stay away from Yani…..
