Hi I’m Rose a British Massage Therapist specialising in a full body Swedish massage .

My massage studio is in Cardiff bay next to the Cardiff Bay train station and has a warm welcoming atmosphere with a professional massage table, fresh towels and a variety of massage and essential oils to choose from.

There is plenty of nearby parking around the Cardiff Bay area as well as frequent local bus services.

I have over 7 years experience & Level 3 Diploma in Massage.

Same day appointments can be made but to avoid missing out I would advice booking in advance.

Swedish Massage is great for aches, pains and nots and will help you relax and recharge.

Once your massage I complete you will be washed down with warm wet flannels to remove any excess oil.

Available Monday - Friday 9am - 9pm
