Avoid! I asked for one inch ti be taken off and long layers (like Sabrina carpenters hair) and my hair has been left uneven, short layers (half my head) more than 4 inches taken off and dull. I complained on the same day, via a mobile number that’s attached to the Facebook website. We went back and forth and I did ask for a refund as I was appalled with the service - they have ruined my hair. She said I need to go to the salon to let them check it despite not once apologising and making me feel like my opinion is valid (especially seeing as it’s my hair) and making me feel like the same thing will happen in the salon apart from if they cut off more hair! She has then gone onto anonymously posting in a a public hair dressing group regarding my complain, sharing half a story - saying I messaged a week later (I didn’t I have bank proof and WhatsApp proof), not showing the pictures I sent and making it seem like I’m trying to do one over - I am not, I just genuinely wanted a refund for my hair cut. The worst part about this is I found out because someone had randomly messaged my number whom I don’t know and told me that she had posted my number online public for everyone to see. A massive breach of GDPR and it WILL be being reported. There’s to say I definitely will not be going into their salon ever again they have made me feel so little and so insecure and I can’t even have my money back at this point because of what they have done. I would AVOID at all costs if you want a nice hair cut and you want your patient confidentially protected.

I actually can’t believe how amazing this hairdressers is!! The pricing is unbelievable too! I actually thought I misunderstood and the quote was a deposit or something?! But no, it was the full price of my daughter’s hair. The ladies are lovely and down to earth (my daughter said they made her feel so comfortable and really looked after her) she struggles with anxiety and yet would of gladly of stayed there all day and night haha. The best hairdressers I have ever been to in my 37 years. I’m now booked in myself and can’t wait!

Pauline restyled my hair today, and I am VERY pleased with it. She was very kind because when she had almost finished, I realised I still wanted more cutting off, and she obligingly went round again with her scissors. Very grateful and I highly recommend.

Lorraine has been doing my hair for about 20 years, so when I walk in to the salon I feel comfortable and confident that my hair needs will be met, and they always are! Lorraine and her staff always makes sure each person is welcomed then take time with them to ensure they understand what each client wants. All the staff are trained to the highest standard and I would not go anywhere else. Thank you Hollywood hair and beauty you are amazing.
