Very good customer service. I ordered a batch of LED downlights plus accessories. 14 months on they have all started to fail. Massive pain since replacing them involves electrician fees and re-decorating (getting them out made a mess of the ceiling. 2-year guarantee but the manufacturer (Saxby) referred me back to where I bought them. electrical4less were fantastic and issued me with a full refund.
