We ordered a 3 phase EV distribution board, which was not readily available everywhere. It was delivered very promptly. We needed some fitting instructions which was not clear and they were promptly sent to us by WhatsApp. They were very helpful and knowledgeable unlike many other electrical wholesalers we have used. Submitted a request for a quotation via the portal and received a very competitive price soon after. Placed the order, which was delivered the next day by DPD within the one hour slot that I was advised of.
