Having a cut with Esti has been a lovely experience. She is one of the few stylists in London who also does colour and understands that colour and cut meld together. She is extremely attentive to detail will carefully go over the cut to make sure the hair sits exactly as it should. I always love that I may have an idea and we talk through it, get new ideas and can even reach a plan on how to change the haircut to eventually reach the ideal one. It is a real pleasure and could not recommend her work enough.

I had the most amazing experience with Wai at Trevor Sorbie Covent Garden and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my cut. I’ve received so many compliments since, and for the first time ever my hair is genuinely easy to style. What really set Wai apart was the time and care she took to truly listen to me. She really made the effort to understand what I wanted. That level of attention made all the difference, and the result is a cut that feels perfectly me. If you’re looking for someone who combines serious skill with thoughtfulness and great communication, I couldn’t recommend Wai more. Hands down one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had.

About a month ago I had such a wonderful experience and wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation. From my very first interaction over the phone, the receptionist Petrina was incredibly welcoming, professional, and informative. She took the time to clearly explain the services available and answered all my questions with knowledge, which made me feel confident and well taken care of even before arriving. A special thank you to my hairdresser Evie, who did an absolutely amazing job with my haircut and hair treatment. I am so pleased with the results—it looks and feels fantastic! Not only was the service excellent, but she also shared really helpful tips on how to style and maintain my hair at home, which I truly appreciate. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for both great customer service and expert hair care. Thank you again!

Was my first time at Trevor Sorbie in Covent Garden and it was great! Wendy did such an excellent job with my hair, she listened to what I wanted, suggested styles with references, provided advice with haircare, and was wonderful to chat with as well. Everybody was very attentive and personable which made for an exceedingly pleasant experience, I’ll definitely be back!

A very welcome cool reception in the salon, after battling the London heatwave. I had a cut and blow dry with Ryan, which I was very pleased with. He really listens to your concerns and ideas, and always takes a lot of time and care to give you the best service. I left with a big smile and great hair!
