This week I had need for a grab vehicle to assist with access for our school bus which had been trapped with 50 students and their teachers in a parking bay obstructed by debris. This company was recommended to us from a local parent and within 35 minutes at 8. 30 in the morning had sent a vehicle who released us to cheers from our young people. They really saved the day as we had a ferry to catch! I can't say how grateful we were and the professionalism and support they gave us was second to none. A super example of old fashioned British service which can be rare these days. Robbie the main man was fantastic a real gentleman and the attending driver Martin was quick efficient and did what had to be done with a smile on his face and perhaps I shouldn't say...but....they didn't charge us a penny. The quality of the drivers from this company is shocking - was cycling down the road and had one intentionally pull out in front of me, fully aware that they would cut me up. Avoid! September 19th - 10:00am - Lewes Road pulling out of Beechy Road. Sort it out managers!

Simply amazing ,I just started my garden levelling project and it looked very difficult as tons of soil has to be removed but then I got Mr Robbie’s contact from a colleague and he made the the whole process so easy and smooth , all the drivers turned up on time, no issues at all. I really appreciate Mr Robbie who always send me the grab lorry at my own convenience like mini cab booking with very short notice 🤭. He has a great sense of humour and handle the customer like his own family . I don’t know his role in the company but he is a real gem 💎 for the company. I have just been tailgated at high speed by one of the drivers of a vehucle from this company exiting the M23. 12:45 14/11/24.Not suprised to see someone left a related review 5 months ago. Extremely dangerous driver. I have never felt moved in my life to leave a review like this before, instantly. Apparently the manager's 'talking to' has had no impact

On Friday 20th December 2024 at 12:40 PM, a driver representing your company pulled out dangerously onto the Devil’s Dyke dumbbell roundabout, nearly causing a collision. Instead of acknowledging his mistake or apologising, he chose to shout and swear at me. This behaviour is unacceptable, both for road safety and in terms of professional conduct. I strongly recommend reviewing this driver’s suitability for the road and ensuring appropriate training or action is taken.
