Fantastic experience. Needed 20 tonnes of Type 3. Had to put back delivery twice and Tonia and a male colleague were more than happy to reschedule the drop. The delivery driver was really friendly and expertly dropped the load, to minimise barrowing and disruption to neighbours. Very competitively priced too. Really friendly helpful staff.

Incredibly helpful company. Used them a few times - good prices and service, but absolutely outstanding over the recent Easter break. Ordering well in advance, our delivery was first off the rank (7am!) and we were able to crack into the job. Soon though, it became apparent we'd underestimated on one material, and All Loads helped us out with a extra 7 tonnes of sand that Good Friday! Got through that lot and onto the next stage of the job, and realised again that we'd underestimated once more. Remember that this was on Easter Saturday - they sent out a couple of lads and a tractor with 10 tonnes of granite chips in it. The poor lad on the tractor couldn't get the trailer into our awkward drive but they didn't give up, and like all lads, he called his dad into help. His dad turned up and reversed it in first go and we were away again! Without such a 'customer first' and 'can-do' attitude from All Loads, we'd have not got our job done over the bank holiday weekend and we'd have been in a right mess! Thoroughly recommend All Loads, you should use them too.

This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve used All Loads and as always their delivery driver was extremely helpful and courteous. It was 3pm on a Friday in the pouring rain but he still went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with the way my order was delivered and where it was placed. I’ll continue to use All Loads for all my hard and soft landscaping requirements as their prices are extremely reasonable and their customer service excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Top Soil- terrible quality meant to be 20mm screened but had a stone over 70mm. Mainly clumps of heavy soil almost clay like that sticks together and won’t break apart. I’ve had other topsoil bulk bags from other suppliers and this is by far the worst. Easy to order and quick delivery but the product quality is awful. ******UPDATE****** I have updated this review from 1* to 4*, whilst the product was poor so I can’t give 5* the customer response and service from All Loads was absolutely exceptional. James made contact with me and offered a number of solutions including a refund (which he gave even though I had used it). He was extremely apologetic and from our conversation I can only think a rogue bag had come from the supplier. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Great company, quick, reliable and superior aggregates, ordered from them 3 times in a week and never let me down, Dan is an amazing driver and the people on the phone are helpful and polite.
