All Loads Ltd

This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve used All Loads and as always their delivery driver was extremely helpful and courteous. It was 3pm on a Friday in the pouring rain but he still went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with the way my order was delivered and where it was placed. I’ll continue to use All Loads for all my hard and soft landscaping requirements as their prices are extremely reasonable and their customer service excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Top Soil- terrible quality meant to be 20mm screened but had a stone over 70mm. Mainly clumps of heavy soil almost clay like that sticks together and won’t break apart. I’ve had other topsoil bulk bags from other suppliers and this is by far the worst. Easy to order and quick delivery but the product quality is awful. ******UPDATE****** I have updated this review from 1* to 4*, whilst the product was poor so I can’t give 5* the customer response and service from All Loads was absolutely exceptional. James made contact with me and offered a number of solutions including a refund (which he gave even though I had used it). He was extremely apologetic and from our conversation I can only think a rogue bag had come from the supplier. I would definitely use this company in the future.

Excellent company. I was let down on the day with 5t of shingle from another supplier. All Loads were able to deliver same day and at a great price. I highly recommend this company! Thanks guys!

What an exceptional service experience I've just had with All Loads. I only ordered yesterday (4 bulk bags of compost/mulch) and it arrived first thing this morning. The driver (Terry) phoned in to give his arrival time and was so helpful, making quite a difficult manoeuvre to drop the bags in the perfect position. I rarely write reviews but had to share this one. Will definitely use again. Thank you All Loads.

Have used all loads for the last few years but today's delivery was the best yet. Wayne with the Peaky Blinder truck. What a legend, nothing too much trouble, great driver, lovely guy. Will always ask for Wayne from now on. Thank you and have a great weekend
