James has done plumbing work for my elderly mum on several occasions. He is very kind and helpful and really goes the extra mile. He is polite and punctual. Mum is elderly and frail and lives alone and has been comfortable and happy with him working in the house.

I have used Taps & Toilets twice now and I highly recommend them. James was able to come out the day after I requested a visit and was early to the appointment. It turned out I needed new taps so he went out to buy them and then came back and fitted them. He also gave me advice on my washing machine. Very reasonably priced. Friendly and efficient. Hes mended my toilet and fitted an outside tap in the past too. Thanks!

Excellent service from Taps and Toilets, James arrived punctually, proactively resolved the problems with my toilet cistern, got the parts and fixed them quickly. He also sorted out two other minor problems with taps while he was here. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I have any other small plumbing issues.

Really great job by James in replacing 30-year old taps in our three-storey house. They didn't give up without a struggle but James worked very quickly and professionally in getting the job done to minimise disruption. Big upgrade to our facilities! Used Taps and Toilets thanks to a recommendation from our neighbours and have no hesitation in passing it on. James even found time to balance the hot and cold flows - nice touch.
