MCS Heating & Plumbing Ltd.

Had an issue with our boiler, couldn't use our heating because the pressure kept going too high and we had no hot water. I called MCS in the morning and by about 2pm an engineer came out to us. The engineer was friendly and professional, he fixed the problem within 10 minutes and gave me helpful advice. I'm very impressed with the whole experience and if anything happens again I would definitely call them straight away!

Broken down boiler in a very busy cold spell? Who do you call? We called MCS - and are very pleased we did so. Their engineer Craig was very professional & most helpful throughout – from the initial call-out & during the 2 day installation etc. of our new boiler. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig, who arrived punctually each day, explaining everything patiently and answering all our questions. At each stage of the work he cleaned up afterwards, hoovering up and taking all the ‘rubbish’ away. A very personable young man, nothing was too much trouble for him and we are delighted with his installation of our new boiler. Thank you Craig and MCS.

First Class boiler replacement. Our engineer Rob, has been an absolute pleasure for the last 2 days. He has done a really good job, took all the rubbish with him & left the bathroom with no mess. He has explained the boiler & how it works thoroughly. Would recommend him & MCS in a heartbeat.

Rob has attended the care home for the last 3 days. Rob was polite, respectful, and spent time with the staff to explain the workings of our new boiler. Rob also completed some other repairs which popped up whilst he was on site. 10 out of 10 for personality and service. Thank you very kindly.

I would just like to say Rob who visited my property to do a boiler check is a credit to your company. He was very polite and professional he explained everything in detail the problems wrong with my boiler. Also went into my loft to check the flue, which in all the years iv had a service with another company they have never done. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use in future.
