What a fantastic installation this was from start to finish JOHN was fantastic nothing was any problem for him. He arrived yesterday as stated, stayed until he had the new boiler up and running, arrived the second day and was meticulous with ensuring all 15 radiator’s were working correctly (my home has never felt so warm) Thank you all at MCS the office staff, the engineer and everyone involved in this company. We recently required replacement of our boiler. The work was carried out very professionally.In so doing I would like to comend technician Jon Tozer for the competent way in which he completed the installation & recommissioning of our heating system. We fully appreciated the manner in which he kept us informed of the work being carried out at each stage.

New boiler fitted at elderly mums house, excellent service by engineer who explained everything clearly & was very professional & friendly throughout. We also have triplecare cover with MCS & over the 20 years we’ve been with them they have never let us down yet & know we can always rely on them when something goes wrong. Can highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible service from MCS. After returning home from holiday to a header tank leak, not only did they come and solve the same day, but also offered lots of advice on future prevention. Parts and labour and call out were all covered under my service contract. Superb local friendly service and highly recommended

We recently had the underfloor heating power flushed and an air conditioning unit installed by Rob and Craig of MSC Heating & Plumbing Ltd. What professional people they are from Harry providing the quotes, Tina scheduling the jobs to Rob & Craig undertaking the installations absolutely excellent 5 star. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, professional, friendly and helpful. No mess, no fuss simply got on with the job didn’t even wake the cat. Highly recommended and we will be taking out MCS cover upon our British Gas cover expiring (BG don’t cover underfloor heating). Well done and thank you all.
