My husband and I contacted the company as we needed a new bathroom installing quite quickly. Danny came to assess the work which needed to be done and started within a few weeks. His service was quick, and professional yet extremely friendly. I am 7 and a half months pregnant and Danny went above and beyond to make sure I was OK throughout the building work and even helped me with a couple of things which were not expected from him. Literally no job was too much trouble! I have never met a tidier builder; he hoovered and wiped things down after every day and his partner even came to clean the bathroom of dust etc, when the bathroom had been installed! We will 100% recommend this service to anyone who asks, and we will definitely be using Danny/Bolton Plumbing & Heating for any work that needs completing in the future! Thank you so much :)

After 18 months of the new bathroom, anything metal went rusty. The reason was that the extract fan had not been connected, and the toilet flushed into the main bathroom, and we got a bad smell. .We have had to replace all fittings due to rust, so all in all, what started off lovley turned into an absolute nightmare and cost double.

Brilliant service from Danny at Bolton Plumbing and Heating. Our boiler stopped working over the Christmas period and after speaking to several companies charging extortionate prices Danny came out and fixed the issue within ten minutes at minimal cost. Rang to arranage for him to attend agreed date and time, he rang to rearrange which was agreed, yet he didnt attend nor made contact or respond to my messages. I took day off from work too. The thing companies fail to realise is that there are review sites online, which people complete regularly, which can impact businesses. And there are so many other companies we can use. You have more to lose than the customer. If you want an unreliable and unresponsive company.... id recommend this one.

I contacted Bolton heating and plumbing on Friday 28th Feb. 2020 to arrange for a new lpg gas cooker to be fitted as my old cooker was not working, i explained that i was a 68 year old pensioner living on my own and had no means of cooking a meal. Danny, as he was called, said he would come the next day to do the job...i was impressed! that is till he did not show up! I tried to contact him, but his phone was constantly on divert! When i eventually got hold of him, he said he could not get hold of a cooker flexi hose, so i ordered one on line and arranged again for him to come and install...again he did not appear! This went on four times and he still did not show up, and at no point did he attempt to call or message me! In all i stayed at home four days waiting for him to show! And his best excuse..."I was to busy to call you"....Moron!!!
