I walked into Dua Beauty one day with a question and honestly never looked back 🤍 What started as “getting my nails done” has turned into one of my favourite times of the month. Sotira is not only the BEST nail artist ever, but genuinely one of the warmest, funniest and most lovely people I’ve met. She’s always up for my crazy nail ideas and somehow brings every single one to life even better than I imagined. Her attention to detail is honestly immaculate and I can genuinely say I’ve loved like 99% of my nail sets over the time, and the 1% was probably just me not being able to decide with so many options haha 😂 Every appointment I leave with beautiful nails and an even fuller heart. But what really makes Dua Beauty special is the experience and the person behind it all. Over time Sotira has become so much more than my nail lady, she’s been a friend, therapist, comedian, hype woman and genuinely such a safe space for me during some really hard times. There’s been appointments where I’ve sat there crying with a box of tissues and sweets while she’s just let me be in my feelings without judgement, listened to me vent about both tiny life dramas and really hard things, and then other appointments where iv probably cried from laughing so much my belly actually hurt 😭 Somehow she always knows exactly what is needed that day. You never feel like “just another client” with her. You leave feeling seen, heard, held and genuinely cared for… with unreal nails too 🫶🏼 And if there’s ever any tiny issue or qualm, she’s so professional, kind and quick to sort it straight away. You can tell how much pride she takes in both her work and her clients’ experience. Honestly, I wish I’d remembered to leave a review after every single appointment because every set and every experience deserved its own moment 😭 maybe one day I’ll go back through all my nail photos and post every amazing set because there have been SO many. But for now, this review is for the total of all my experiences combined, and every single one has been beautiful. And yet still… words don’t suffice you just have to have your own experience! Thank you for being such a special part of my life and not just my self-care routine. Adore you and AppreciLove you endlessly 🤍

I had a BIAB gel manicure with a cat eye design and white polka dots, plus a chrome gel pedicure, and it was honestly the best nail experience I’ve ever had!! I’ve been to salons from America to Korea, and Sotira took such incredible care of me! She recommended colors that complemented my skin tone and even let me test the cat eye options before committing. I also love that she focuses on enhancing natural nails with BIAB and avoids drills or harsh chemicals. HIGHLY highly recommend! 🤍

100% recommend. I discovered this place when I was looking for a walk in months ago and got the best French tip pedicure with Cassie, who I now regularly book. Since, it’s been my go to for pedicures, eyebrows and now Biab nails! Which feels a lot better than acrylic. All the staff are incredibly lovely and the atmosphere is relaxing and great for lovely chats. So many nail art ideas to be excited about for future sessions.

Dua Beauty have a lovely atmosphere. I can highly recommend!! The salon is clean and calming and doesn’t smell of toxic chemicals like nail salons often do! The beauticians are super friendly and fun and carry out a very high quality of work I have really enjoyed 2 pedicures and eyebrow shaping and tinting from Cassi and been extremely happy with the finish. I also treated my nieces to a Christmas manicure each. They had cat eye gel. The nails looked fabulous and lasted for ages! I’d never had a gel manicure before, but I was excited to try one, along with some nail art, ahead of my wedding later this year. My mum and I booked in with Sotira and Cassie, and we were both so impressed. Sotira really took the time to listen to my vision and created a nail design that was even better than I’d hoped for,. she’s incredibly talented. Meanwhile, Cassie did a fabulous job on my mum’s nails, giving her a beautiful cat-eye finish. Both Sotira and Cassie were friendly, patient, and professional throughout. We’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my wedding nails! (The photos are from about a week later, the nails are still holding up well!)
