Many of our gardeners are career changers who bring a wealth of transferable skills to their work - as well as having years of experience in their own gardens. Others have worked in the horticulture industry throughout their working lives and have developed a depth of knowledge that's second to none.
The important thing for us is that our gardeners are dedicated, personable, trustworthy and enthusiastic.
We have a comprehensive interview process that ensures our gardeners have the skills required to look after, and progress, your garden, including; a plant identification test, a questions and answers session and a practical trial as well as seeking character references.
