My car has a fuel pipe issue which made me smell of gasoline while driving. Ian from this repair work shop came to took a look. I didn’t realise then that it was just the beginning of a nightmare! Ian was extremely unresponsive to our questions, that sometimes he would even reply after several days. His story kept changing. Sometimes he claimed that he was looking for the replacement part but the other day he would disappear. He even once told us to tow the car to his work shop but cancelled the whole thing at last minute. After over 7 weeks of drama, he finally revealed that the repair could cost over £1200 just for the part. And here comes the most interesting part: we decided to drop it and we found another work shop which repaired my car within 48 hours at a cost of under £400!

Can't reccomend these guys enough. From diagnosis through to the fitting of my alternator (which to say the least was a nightmare to fit) both Ian and Pete were extremely knowledgeable, professional and really friendly and just super helpful. On top of that they did a winter check for me and advised on what needed topping up. Ian also noted a bald tyre which I wouldn't have picked up on if he hadn't done the check. I called them on Wednesday and they came out the next day to diagnose and had the part and all the work completed by the Friday. Like I say, I can't reccomend them enough!

Very helpful would 10/10 recommend. Communication was great and overall a really nice guy who helped me in a tough situation where I was sold a car with some problems from a dealership. Wrote me a written report which I can use and explained things to me. Would 100% trust with my car.

Highly recommended! Ian and Pete have been extremely helpful at short notice when dealerships and local garages were not. They diagnosed the problem and carried out the work at our home at a convenient time at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use again.
