Unfortunately it is a one star review from me, I broke down on Saturday coming down from Cambridge to see my mum with 3 of my children in the car, got recovered by the RAC thankfully (but not until 2am Sunday morning) I started calling around mobile mechanics that I found on Google that were showing as being open (not many being a Sunday) came across this company and left them a voicemail asking to be contacted on my mum's landline (which he did) told him that the possible cause could be the fuel filter (ended up it wasn't the cause) I was told that I would be contacted at 9am Monday morning and that they could be with me at 10am the same day....guess what it didn't happen, so I left it until 10.30am or there abouts and left a voicemail as the phone didn't ring, got no reply back, so I called again at 1pm or maybe a bit before, same thing goes straight to voicemail and got no reply back, and yes I have called the mobile number that was advertised as I have called the same number 3 times. So I was in desperate need to find someone else as half the day had gone, luckily I did find someone but they couldn't come out until 6pm that day. They diagnosed it as a DPF, so I booked a DPF clean for today (So Tuesday completely wasted) who actually managed to point out the actual fault. I've now lost out on 2 days work and spent needless money on things I didn't need to do because of being let down. It is now Wednesday and guess what.....yep that's correct still no call to apologise for not making contact, I'm in the motor trade myself and calling people back is paramount to customer satisfaction, yes sometimes I do get really busy and can't contact a customer the same day, but if I don't I make a point of doing so the next day and apologise that I didn't have the time to do it the day before. It's so unprofessional and makes your own business look untrustworthy. Sort it out. Honestly I could have been a lot worse but I'm so fed up now and I want to get back home.
