I needed beds urgently and after shopping around, I found Tender Sleep Furniture, the only company offering same-day delivery and assembly. They were very responsive and replied to me straight away, which gave me so much confidence in ordering. I ordered two double beds and mattresses, and they had them delivered to Croydon and fully assembled within just two hours. Truly amazing service! The beds are very comfortable, look beautiful, and are incredibly affordable. The team was very professional and even cleaned everything up after assembly. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend Tender Sleep Furniture!

Honestly if I could give a zero star I wouldn’t mind to go ahead, They charge the full money but sent me the shitty mattress and when I complaint they giving hygiene reasons to not change there faulty mattresses but my kids who are having a aches in their legs and back due to there shitty mattresses and they even don’t answer calls. I have attached the pictures of flat mattresses and the one damaged springs are coming out. And they are saying that we sell mattresses to rental properties, I mean it doesn’t matter you sell to rentals or owners in both cases you are not shouldn’t sent the shitty mattresses.

Avoid this company !! Bed was delivered single wingback with mattress absolute awful quality side rails have been knocked together with old pieces of wardrobe furniture chipboard poorly stapled fabric , mattress stained and smelling of urine,, slats are just of wooden pallets , will never get money back as cash on delivery we all know why it’s cash only ,, multiple Facebook pages all linked to tendersleep limited multiple wattapp numbers they reply then ignore you once u tell them the problem and pass u onto another WhatsApp number,, they are just out to scam ,, bed has gone straight to tip and I’ve just cut my losses with it but thought I’d leave a little review.. this bed was for my 2 year old daughter aswell ,, even if they did take it back they’d end up giving it to some one else so best of in the tip , divan beds uk is the Facebook page I used was then passed onto tendersleep complaints department just a wattapp number lol I’m pretty sure tendersleep are the main wholesaler to all these scamming cash on delivery fb bed pages but obviously are well aware and the quality is terrible.. by using multiple fb pages and watt app groups cash only etc makes it easier for them to scam and mug people off , and avoid the bad reviews coz they’ll just shut that fb page down and open another there are hundreds… Do your research people as there are probably good company’s out there Facebook is just littered with scam artists… or stick to dreams 🤯✌️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful service from Tender Sleep Furniture. We ordered two double-size bed frames with mattresses, and both were delivered on time. The quality was excellent and truly value for money. The delivery team exceeded our expectations — they were very professional and assembled everything perfectly without any hassle. I am very happy with my purchase – the bed is great quality. The customer service was polite and friendly, and they even gave me a discount for the bed. The delivery was slightly delayed, but they called in advance to inform me, so everything went smoothly. I highly recommend.
