Excellent Service from CFS. Ordered a 3 Seater Cadenza electric recliner and was delivered within 3 weeks. (Another store gave me an estimate of 8-12 weeks) Was also able to use a discount code which brought the cost down. 2 man delivery team delivered it to a room or choice as requested. Had to put it together myself but that wasn't an issue. Would use again, thanks.

Purchased the Rustic Mango Wood Pedestal Dining Table (using the Bank Holiday discount) and absolutely delighted with it. Even though the delivery took slightly longer than the 5-10 day mentioned on the website, the wait was well worth it. The table is a lovely soft colour and it was easy to assemble.

Fighting to get a refund after being sent 2x faulty units. Original order from 5th February and we are now in April. Lots of delay tactics including 10 days to collect damaged unit when the warehouse is less than 3 miles from me. I have had to open a dispute with my credit card company. I will post email snapshots on here once resolved for full visibility.

I purchased 6 dining chairs in December 2025. There were initially problems with delivery in that it was rearranged multiple times as the chairs kept being delayed on their end. Once they arrived I was very happy with the look of them and the ease of assembly. I was slightly concerned at the quality as they seemed a bit flimsy however they did the job. 4 months later, 2 of the chairs (one in particular) has come loose and you can't screw it together properly, the seat wobbles on the base. I have tried to resolve but the screws won't tighten. I raised this to CFS who say the chairs are no longer made and that they have been heavily used so there is nothing they can do. The chairs have not been heavily used, they have been used for family dinners once a day. They suggest they have been bent from someone rocking on them. This is not the case and my previous almost identical chairs lasted over 6 years before we replaced (due to worn leather not the frame). The materials used here are clearly cheap and not fit for daily use. If you have a family and need furniture to last more than a few months with standard usage DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I am taking this case further as the furniture is not fit for purpose and they are unwilling to resolve.

Choice Furniture were excellent in communication, kept me updated all the time. I had to wait a little longer than expected, but Vinny was good at arranging the logistics of the delivery etc..... and delivery drivers were spot on! Overall a good transaction, thanks a lot, will use again. Cheers
