Absolutely 💯% fabulous service from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate. If you look on the outlet, there are descriptions of the details of why in outlet. Placed order. Got a phone call next day with a time and date of delivery. l ordered on Friday 4th July. 2 seater & chair delivered Tuesday 8th July. You get a link so you can track your delivery & it's very accurate. Phone call to say 15 mins away. The 2 delivery men were polite, organised and respectful of property. I cant say how happy I am with purchases.

Amazing service. Ordered Wednesday night and delivered, unpacked and ready to use Friday 9am. Link they sent told you where they were and a call 10 minutes before arrival, can't fault delivery. Took a chance as had never heard of furnitureInstore but same sofa on DFS would have been an extra £1600. Highly recommend.

Sofa literally started tearing up within 3 months of purchase. Wouldn't honour warranty and replace and claimed I was wearing jeans. We purchased a set of 3 seaters and I was only sitting on the sofas once a day for an period of an hour or two. The sofas we received were also not the exact same model we saw in store, and initially upon purchase they said we'd have to pay a fee if we weren't happy with the product despite it being not the sofa we sat on. The owner was very threatening when I said I'll be taking them to small claims court. They also claimed they were 'genuine real leather' whilst in the shop but truth be told they are all bonded leather. The prices are very expensive for what you get, they claim it's because of quality but in reality it's not. It's the cheapest sofas you can find being sold at a massive markup. Stay away.

Have taken delivery of 2 seat sofa and manual recliner armchair today..only 3 days after ordering...excellent value for money.very comfortable. Umair and the other delivery person were here at 8.30 ..well within the allocated delivery schedule ..very polite and friendly..assembled the sofa and chair for us and all packaging taken away . From initial contact to delivery/assembly big shout out to all.thanks.

7 DAY Delivery untrue!!! I ordered and paid in full for a bed settee, with a guaranteed 7 days delivery! I received a email to say my furnish was in the storage and being delivered on the premised delivery date. I also had a text message with the tracking message and the driver’s name to say it was being delivered on the same day. I waited six hours on the delivery date, couldn’t contact the driver couldn’t contact the warehouse. Couldn’t contact anybody. I’ve contacted funiture Village by email, telephone call, no response, no apologies and I still haven’t received my funiture!
