Usually, when I have an appointment, I try to be flexible. The first time, you asked to change my appointment and I agreed. The second time, I waited more than 15 minutes for my turn and respected it without saying anything. But last time, when I tried showing you a picture of how I usually do my eyebrows because it didn’t turn out as I expected, you said you didn’t have time even though the salon was empty. I just hope this doesn’t happen with anyone else, because your work is great and clean. I hope you can be a bit more friendly, and thank you❤️

Fantastic first experience at beauty boutique this morning. The ladies there were lovely and accommodating, I walked in and asked if there was any availability and I was delivered a warm welcome sat down and my needs met all with a lovely cup of coffee and great conversation too. My nails look wonderful and fresh and I feel truly pampered. I look forward to my next visit and hope to make beauty boutique part of my regular self care routine. Thanks ladies xx
