We’ve just had our exterior walls renovated by Barrowcliffe Property Maintenance (BPM Scotland) and from beginning to end we had an extremely good experience of them. They are a family run business who take great pride in their work and focus on customer satisfaction. There was no high pressure, pushy sales pitch but rather a warm, but professional, analysis of what we wanted, what we needed, and how they could provide it. Possibly not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive, so price competitive. Once the work started, the team on the ground took care to cover and protect surroundings and were absolutely meticulous in their workmanship. Nothing was too much effort and clearly achieving not just happy, but very happy customers was their priority. They were very respectful of us and our home, clearing away at the end of each day and doing a final clean up on the last day. We are delighted with the finished job and so pleased that we chose BPM to do it. It goes without saying that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend that. A big thanks again to William and his team.
